What information do we collect?
During the application process, you must submit certain personal data and information to us. If you register in the applicant portal, we will initially save your first and last name, your date of birth, your address and your email address. You will then receive confirmation of registration by email. By sending us your CV, you provide us with further personal data (professional and academic background information, work and salary expectations). We treat personal data strictly as confidential and do not pass it on.
When you send your application documents by email, they are automatically read and recorded in our applicant management system. All documents sent (covering letter, curriculum vitae, certificates and other documents) and information contained therein are saved.
If you chose to send us your application documents personally or by post, we will first digitise them and then record them in our applicant management system. We will send the original documents back to you without undue delay.
Prohibited content
You are solely responsible for the content of the posted texts. Please make absolutely sure that you do not send us any file attachments that contain viruses or worms. As a rule, personal data that you submit to us should not contain the following:
- information about diseases;
- information about a possible pregnancy;
- information about ethnic origin;
- political, religious or philosophical beliefs;
- union membership and sexual orientation;
- defamatory or degrading information;
- information not specifically related to your application.
The information that you submit to us must be true and must not infringe the rights of third parties, public law regulations or morality (‘prohibited content’). Please also note that you will indemnify us against any claims that we may have as a result of information with inappropriate content that you submitted to us.

The application portal is operated by KCP Personaldienstleistungsgesellschaft mbH Frankfurterstrasse 561, 51145 Cologne. Germany. The website is hosted on a dedicated server of Hetzner Online AG, Stuttgarter Str. 1 in 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. These companies process the data you send.
To whom is personal data forwarded?
Your application data will only be used within our group of companies for application purposes. The data is not passed on. When you submit your application, we will check whether alternative positions are vacant in our group of companies and will contact you about these positions if appropriate.
How long will your personal data be stored?
Your personal data will only be stored for as long as is necessary to process your application. Your data will be processed taking into account the legal requirements, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act [Bundesdatenschutzgesetz , BDSG]. If you have applied for a specific vacancy and we would like to keep your personal data for future positions, we will ask for your consent in advance.
Should you not agree to a longer period of storage of your application, your profile and your personal data will be automatically deleted 90 days after your last application.
We are entitled at any time to discontinue this service or to erase your data in whole or part without the necessity to give reasons.
Data security
We take precautions to protect your data and prevent misuse from outside parties. Measures such as encryption (SSL encryption), firewalls, anti-hacker programs and manual security precautions are implemented. SSL encryption is active when the key icon at the bottom of your browser is closed and when the address begins with ‘https://’. Please note that JavaScript™ technology is used on our website.
Interference with the service, discontinuation or modification of the service, or erasure of data
We do not guarantee that the offer will be available at any particular time. We do not rule out any disruptions, interruptions or possible failures of the online offer.
