You bring extensive experience in the field of Concept Art for games and possess the ability to define styles and create an art bible. Designing characters, environments, and game backgrounds is your passion. Your keen sense of colors and lighting gives your creations a powerful expression.   • As a Lead Artist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for creating art assets for our gaming projects.
  • Furthermore, you will define styles and ensure their adherence by developing an art bible that serves as a creative guideline.
  • Creating new characters, environments, game backgrounds and marketing artworks will be part of your responsibilities.


  • Several years of experience as a Lead Artist, Art Director, or similar role
  • Proficiency in using the Adobe Suite or Affinity Suite
  • Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written
  • Strong communication skills, creativity, and ability to work in a team
